Our services
MAJID WORKS provides separately agreed website, branding, advertising, search visibility, content design, automation, booking and maintenance services. Work is delivered remotely unless a project agreement says otherwise.
Packages and projects
Published package prices apply to the stated scope. An enquiry does not place an order or start a subscription. Our monthly packages have no minimum multi-month term and require 30 days’ cancellation notice. Before paid work starts, we agree a written scope covering deliverables, total price, timing, revisions, payment stages, ownership, third-party costs and support. Additional work requires a separate agreement. We are not VAT registered and do not add VAT to our own service charges.
Advertising and marketing work
Advertising management fees and the budget paid to advertising platforms are separate. Campaigns use client-owned accounts, with access granted through the platform's authorised permissions. The client approves the campaign scope, creative and spending budget before launch. Platform charges are paid by the client unless a different arrangement is expressly agreed in writing. Any ongoing service has its duration, reporting, cancellation and handover arrangements set out in the agreement.
We do not guarantee a number of enquiries, customers, sales, search rankings or a return on advertising spend. Results depend on factors including the offer, competition, budget, website, customer response and platform decisions. Advertising and content must meet applicable rules and platform policies. Clients must provide accurate information and have permission to use the material they supply. Platform approval or uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Project payments
Only use our Stripe payment page after accepting a written quote. Enter the exact agreed GBP amount and quote reference. A payment does not expand the agreed scope. Contact us promptly if you enter the wrong amount. Refund and cancellation arrangements are explained with the project agreement; statutory rights are unaffected.
Business setup and automation
Business setup means the agreed brand, website and digital tools. It does not include company formation, legal advice, accounting, tax registration or regulated professional advice. Automation is limited to the agreed workflow and requires appropriate human oversight. Required subscriptions, usage charges, compatibility and maintenance are confirmed before work begins.
Using the website and project materials
Use the site lawfully, provide information you are authorised to share and do not submit malicious content. Content and branding are protected by their applicable rights. Project deliverable rights and third-party licences are set out in the agreement. Decorative illustrations are not evidence of client work or campaign results. External websites have their own terms.
Your rights and concerns
Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Applicable consumer information and cancellation rights will be provided before accepting an order. Email majidworks111@gmail.com with your reference and a description of any concern.
